Coach Lois Koffi is a 17 year veteran of the health and wellness industry.  This career has blessed her with the opportunity to coach thousands of people across the country in health and wellness and in business. 

Her passion is her position as a global sales rep for ORGANO—an international gourmet beverage company.  She owns a global coffee display studio in Edina where she inspires and motivates people to change their coffee and energy drink habits, all while being healthier for it. 

She’s a two-time Ironman triathlete and a two time published author

And although she has lived in four states in the US, her true desire is to have homes in New Zealand and France.

She is the creator of an MBA level college Success Course. For 8 years, she taught this course as an adjunct professor at a major University in Irvine California. It was and still is one of the most rewarding things she has ever done.

She feels her most important role in life is to be called mom by three beautiful kids and wife to an amazing husband of 9 years.  The driving force behind their ORGANO Business is they want to home school their kids and empower them to be global minded thinkers and entrepreneurs. 

Lois loves a fine wine, an inspiring philosophical book, cards against humanity, staring at ocean sunsets and her favorite movie of all time is Cloud Atlas.  Oh, and she is a self-professed professional coffee drinker, of course 🙂 

Her secret to success is disciplining her disappointments and never giving up.    She believes no one succeeds alone and loves the power of teamwork.
