About a year ago I took on creating the habit of meditation.

I have tried and failed to meditate habitually more times than I tried to quit smoking over my life time. As I look back over the year I see that I have meditated just about every day and most of that time for an hour a day. The only exception is April and that’s when Hugo was born so I don’t even remember that month.

My life is enhanced. I can create new habits with less resistance, enjoy a full busy life without feeling hectic and being more present. Life is just better when your there to experience it. It’s given me room in my life to put what I want there – energy, vitality, focus, joy.

It has made me a better coach. I never knew that is was possible to focus so much of my attention on one person and what they are expressing.

So far this is the BEST state change in my life ever! I am grateful.
